Shruti Suraiya

Shruti Suraiya has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Shruti began their career in 2006 as a Manager of Business Planning at Floraison India Strategic Consulting Private Limited, where they worked until 2010. Shruti then joined Riteverses Solutions Pvt Ltd in 2011, first as a Senior Business Content Writer and later as a Project Lead of Insights & Innovations until 2013. In the same year, Shruti worked as a Business Communications Consultant for a brief period as a self-employed individual. From 2013 to 2015, they served as a Manager of Content Services at Knowledge Studio & Ketchum Sampark. Currently, they are working at Rite KnowledgeLabs (I) Pvt. Ltd., where they started as a Senior Manager of Research & Content in 2017 and was promoted to AVP of Research & Content in 2021.

Shruti Suraiya completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Journalism, Psychology, and English Literature from Bangalore University from 2001 to 2006. Prior to that, they attended The East West School in Bangalore, although no specific degree or field of study information was provided for this period.
