Justin Damron is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management, sales, and marketing. Currently serving as a Project Manager at RiteRug Flooring since October 2021, Justin previously held roles including Relationship Account Officer at Bank of America and General Manager at Five Guys Enterprises. Justin's expertise also encompasses digital media strategy as Director of Digital Media at Pauer Sports and entrepreneurship as the owner/operator of J-Squared Apparel. With experience in court systems as a Court Investigator and Legal Clerk, Justin possesses solid knowledge of legal processes.
