Rajeswari Legala has a total work experience of around 8 years in IT Recruitment. Rajeswari started their career as a Technical Recruiter at Avansys Software Solutions Pvt Ltd in 2016. Later in 2017, they joined Tekskills as an IT Recruiter and worked there until 2023. During their tenure with Tekskills, they worked in various roles including Senior Information Technology Recruiter and Team Lead. In 2023, they joined Rite Software as a Sr Associate Lead-Recruitment.

Rajeswari Legala obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Andhra University between 2010 and 2013. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada from 2013 to 2015.
