Santosh Thatipamula has been in the recruitment and staffing industry since 2017. In 2017, they were a Talent Acquisition Member at RoverTech Solutions Pvt Ltd. In 2018, they joined Quess IT Staffing as a Senior Recruiter and Recruitment Consultant. In 2021, they joined Rite Software as a Team Lead and Senior Recruitment Consultant.

Santosh Thatipamula completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources from Kommuri Pratap Reddy Institute of Technology in 2017. Prior to that, they attended JNTU from 2010 to 2014.
