Justin Thomas is an experienced maintenance supervisor currently at Rite Stuff Foods Inc since July 2022, previously holding the same position at McCain Foods from August 2018 to April 2022, where responsibilities included managing 16 mechanics to ensure efficient factory operations with minimal downtime. Justin served in the US Navy from April 2007 to October 2018, progressing through various roles such as Power Plant Work Center Manager, Aviation Safety Specialist, Jet Engine Mechanic Workcenter Manager, Aviation Troubleshooting Department Manager, Aviation Quality Control Inspector, and Aviation Phase Maintenance Manager, amassing extensive experience in aircraft and engine maintenance, safety program support, and personnel management. Justin is a graduate of Pinole Valley High School, obtaining a diploma, and has furthered education through the United States Navy from 1998 to 2017.
