Jamie Sims

Jamie Sims, SHRM-CP, is a dedicated Human Resources professional with experience in various roles primarily within educational institutions. Currently serving as a Human Resources Assistant at Ritenour School District since December 2019, Jamie manages COVID-19 responses, assists with the hiring and orientation of substitute teachers, and conducts payroll processes. Previous positions include an internship in the Next Step Program, where Jamie developed organizational charts and analyzed exit surveys, and research assistant roles that involved data analysis and literature reviews. Jamie holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Washington University in St. Louis, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Missouri-St. Louis, and an Associate of Arts from St. Louis Community College.
