Jessica Biggins

Jessica Biggins, MBA SHRM-SCP, currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Rithum since May 2022, where support is provided to global business groups, including Engineering, Product, and Sales/GTM. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior HR Generalist/Business Partner at Plexus Corp. from November 2018 to May 2022, and a Senior HR Representative/Business Partner at Baxter International Inc. from May 2017 to November 2018. Jessica has also held the position of Human Resources Manager at Elmwood Park School District, and various HR roles at Sears Holdings Corporation, including Business Analyst and Employee Relations Specialist. Earlier in the career, Jessica worked as a Regional Human Resources Generalist at Jewel-Osco. Educational accomplishments include an MBA in Organizational/Managerial Leadership, a Certificate of Graduate Study in Managerial Leadership, and a BA in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, all from Northern Illinois University.
