Juan Alfaro

Juan Alfaro, MBA, serves as a Senior Software Support Specialist at Rithum since April 2023, following a role as a Technical Support Representative at CommerceHub from September 2020 to April 2023. Previous experience includes managing administrative operations at Pinnacle Behavioral Health, where responsibilities encompassed improving staff efficiency and patient satisfaction. Earlier positions involved assisting on a test automation project at General Dynamics Information Technology and various roles in the restaurant industry as a server. Juan has also demonstrated leadership in the Greek community, serving as Vice President of Theta Delta Chi and as Sr. Director of Fraternities for the All Greek Council. Academically, Juan holds a Master of Business Administration in Cyber Security and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Rhetoric from the University at Albany.
