Keri Alcock is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in solutions engineering and client implementation. Currently serving as a Senior Solutions Engineer at Rithum since September 2010, Keri has a proven record in documenting customer needs, driving proposals, and providing strategic consulting support for the US sales floor. Prior to this role, Keri worked as a Senior Launch Manager at ChannelAdvisor from April 2004 to September 2010, managing the implementation of over 70 clients per year and serving as a communication resource. Keri's career also included a position as a Technical Support Analyst at MediaSpan Group, Inc., where support was provided for web hosting and ecommerce products, and as a Software Analyst at Infocure, focusing on proprietary dental billing and clinical software.
