Madeleine Downie

Madeleine Longenecker Downie is a seasoned recruiting and talent specialist with extensive experience in event coordination, marketing, and program management. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiting Specialist at Rithum, Madeleine has progressed through various talent-focused roles since September 2021. Previous positions include Talent Coordinator at WorkBoard Inc. and Marketing and Events Specialist at Camp Kahdalea for Girls, where significant achievements included expanding client bases and enhancing brand representation. Additional experience spans roles as Tour Coordinator at Denali Park Adventures, Event Marketing Manager at The Charleston Gaillard Center, and Festival Manager for the City of Charleston.
