Tugba Erdem

Tugba Erdem, Executive MBA, possesses a robust background in Salesforce solutions and CRM management, currently serving as a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect & Consultant at Ritmus since March 2022, with a focus on Sales and Service Cloud for Pegasus Airlines.
