Travis McAuley has been working in the tech industry since 2015. From 2015 to 2016, they were the ExCEL Program Coordinator at the Santa Clara University School of Education and Counseling Psychology, where they tracked the program scope, budget, and schedule to ensure the program executed deliverables on time and within budget, as well as served as a resource and point of contact for more than 20 program participants. From 2016 to 2017, they were a Graduate Researcher at Santa Clara University where they published a paper investigating the potential use of a design automation tool for microfluidic large scale integration manufacturing. Travis also managed projects in bioengineering and chemistry labs to develop high throughput methods for bio-imaging experiments. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Management Consultant at Motive Power, Inc., where they developed metric reporting, performed program internal audits, tracked vendor progress, and worked closely with multiple PMO's to ensure cross-departmental success. Travis also automated engineering program reports reducing required man hours by over 75%, and created data visualizations highlighting key program metrics with drilldown capability providing value for both upper management and project managers. Currently, they are a Software Engineer at Ritten.

Travis McAuley obtained their Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering from Santa Clara University in 2016. Travis also attended Universidad Carlos III de Madrid in 2014, where they received a degree in Bioengineering. In 2017, they received a Master of Science (MS) in Engineering Project Management & Leadership from Santa Clara University. In addition, they hold several certifications, including a Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance, a Six Sigma Green Belt from 6Sigmastudy, a Tableau Desktop Certified Associate from Tableau Software, and an MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional Managing Projects with Microsoft Project from Microsoft. Travis also holds several Amazon Web Services certifications, including AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional, Amazon Web Services Security Specialty, Amazon Web Services SysOps Administrator - Associate, Amazon Web Services Developer - Associate, Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate, and Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner.
