Tony McKay

Tony McKay has an extensive background in the field of telecommunications and network operations. At Ritter Communications, Tony currently holds the position of Vice President of Field Operations, where Tony oversees company initiatives for technical support and service activation. Prior to this role, Tony has held various titles within the company, including Director of Solutions Delivery and Hometown I&R, Director of Sales Engineering, Sales Operations, and Service Delivery, Director of Network Operations, NOC Manager, Core Network Engineer, and NOC Technician. Tony's expertise lies in managing network operations, troubleshooting backbone and edge ethernet networks, and leading network troubleshooting activities. Before joining Ritter Communications, Tony worked as a Helpdesk Specialist at Teleflora and earned a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in IT from Southern Arkansas University.
