Prior to this, Victor held various leadership positions at companies such as GCI Communication Corp., KPU Telecommunications, and Charter Communications, where Victor demonstrated their expertise in engineering and network operations. With a strong educational background in Management Information Systems and Business Administration, Victor brings a wealth of experience in the telecommunications industry to their current role.
