Benjamin Herzke

Benjamin Herzke is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in supply chain and operations management. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at Ritter Sport since January 2020, Benjamin oversees HR responsibilities for over 800 employees and leads a team of three HR Business Partners. Previously, Benjamin held the position of Head of Human Resources and Finance at a production site, managing a workforce of approximately 100 employees. Benjamin's earlier roles include HR Business Partner International at Ritter Sport, focusing on HR aspects for marketing and sales across various international subsidiaries, as well as consultant positions at TRANSEARCH International Deutschland and Michael Page International. Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg.
