Stef Henao

Stef Henao currently serves as an Ops professional at Ritual since July 2023. Previously, Stef worked as the People Ops & Recruiting Lead at Tephra Labs from June 2022 to December 2022, where foundational systems across various functions were designed and implemented. At Protocol Labs, from November 2019 to February 2022, Stef held the position of Head of People, establishing the People function and managing a team of 15. Prior roles include HRBP and People Operations Generalist at Coinbase, and People Operations Generalist at Hired, Inc., where key projects and day-to-day processes were managed. Earlier experience includes working at Credit Suisse as a Human Capital Program Manager and Investment Banking Analyst. Stef holds a BS in Business Administration - Finance and a BA in International Studies - International Relations from North Carolina State University, along with a study stint at Zhejiang University in 2010.
