Ritual Hot Yoga
Crystal Gurrola is a versatile professional with extensive experience in yoga instruction and dance performance. Currently serving as a Yoga Instructor at Ahimsa Yoga Studio since February 2019, Crystal teaches various styles including Power Flow, Chisel, Yin, Hatha, and Restorative Yoga, while also holding a position as Teacher Assistant at Ritual Hot Yoga since July 2019 and Educator at lululemon since November 2018. Previous roles include writing for DancerMusic.com, performing with Hedwig Dances, working as a Dance Performer at Universal Studios Japan, and serving in event management and marketing for Dancers in Company of UI Dance. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from the University of Iowa, along with a RYT 200 Certification in Hatha Yoga Instruction from Yoga Alliance.
