Elliott Cohen

Elliott Cohen has extensive work experience in various industries. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as a Strategy Consultant at Stax Inc., providing advice to private equity clients and privately held companies on strategic decisions and value creation. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2013, they held project management roles at Sargent & Lundy, focusing on optimizing schedules, costs, and risks for fossil fuel projects in the power generation industry. In 2019, they became the President & COO of Parks & Nash - Bone Broth Soup, where they held the position until 2021. Currently, Elliott is serving as the Director of Finance at Ritual Beverage Company.

Elliott Cohen holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, which they obtained from 2013 to 2015. During the same period, they also pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) in Product Design & Development Management at Northwestern University. Elliott completed their undergraduate education at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2001 to 2005, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in General Engineering.
