Aisling Kelly

Aisling Kelly currently serves as a Sourcing Analyst at Rituals since August 2024. Previously, Aisling worked as a Business Analyst and Retail Planner at BESTSELLER from June 2022 to August 2024, where responsibilities included sales forecasting and inventory management. Aisling also held multiple roles at the University of Groningen, including Project Assistant for the Corporate Governance Summer School and Student Assistant for International Strategic Management. Experience as a Business Developer at Voys and Devhouse Spindle involved aiding internationalisation efforts. Early roles included Deli Assistant at Dunnes Stores, Retail Assistant at Primark, and various positions in sales and operational support at Wayfair, Tesco, and Boys & Girls Clubs of Chicago. Aisling holds a Master’s degree in International Business and Management from the University of Groningen and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Galway.
