Camilla Milson

Camilla Milson is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Rituals (B Corp™) since February 2025. Prior to this, Milson held roles in global talent acquisition at Laser Clinics Canada and as a Corporate Recruiter at Laser Clinics Australia from June 2021 to February 2025, contributing to recruitment across multiple countries. A Talent Acquisition Business Partner at BaptistCare NSW & ACT from March 2020 to June 2021, Milson managed a significant recruitment project during the COVID pandemic. Milson’s experience also includes corporate recruitment at Qantas and Telstra, and recruiting within the government and not-for-profit sectors at Michael Page. Milson holds a Bachelor of Political, Economic and Social Science in Political Economy from the University of Sydney.
