Nadine Bastiaansen

Nadine Bastiaansen currently serves as the Head of Internal Communication, Learning and Workforce Management Tech at Rituals (B Corp™), where responsibilities include optimizing internal support through the implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud. Additionally, Nadine has held roles such as Technical Project Manager & Product Owner and Business Analyst at Rituals, and was the Product Owner of the award-winning digital learning platform, The Book of Rituals. Previous experience includes positions at Fabienne Chapot as Senior Digital Learning Coordinator and customer care roles, as well as a tenure at Stage Entertainment Nederland. Education was completed at Fontys Hogeschool voor de Kunsten with a Master of Music in Muziektheater.
