Paulien Hellwig

Paulien Hellwig is a BT Business Analyst in Marketing and OMS at Rituals since January 2022. Prior to this role, Paulien completed an IT-traineeship at Working Talent from November 2021 to September 2023, which included an intensive bootcamp aimed at becoming a certified IT professional. Earlier experience includes serving as a Game Master at Questomatica Escape Experiences, where hosting Escape Rooms provided valuable lessons in customer service and crisis management. Paulien also worked as a Copywriter for TravelMore, LLC from September 2017 to December 2020 and as a Food Server at Gouden Huis Lelystad B.V. from October 2014 to December 2017. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Business Administration - Leadership and Management from the University of Amsterdam, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from McMaster University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Amsterdam.
