Silvia Righetti

Silvia Righetti is a seasoned professional in architecture and retail project management, currently serving as a Senior Construction Manager at Rituals since November 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing new store openings. Prior to this role, Silvia spent a decade at Pandora, advancing from Retail Project Coordinator to Store Design & Planning Manager for Southern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, where duties encompassed managing the entire store opening process, collaborating on layout development, and ensuring compliance with budget and safety standards. Silvia's experience also includes independent architecture projects and positions at Studio Duccio Grassi & Correa Granados, Central Equity Limited, TRUSSARDI, and ITF General Contractor, demonstrating a comprehensive background in retail concepts and project management across various international markets. An architect registered with the Milan Professional Association, Silvia holds a Master’s degree in Architecture from Politecnico di Milano and has pursued additional studies through international scholarships in Spain and the Czech Republic.
