Florian Guilloteau

Florian Guilloteau is an accomplished sommellerie professional currently serving as the Directeur de la Sommellerie at Ritz Paris since June 2022. In addition to this role, Florian holds the position of Président at the Association des Sommeliers de Nice-Côte d'Azur-Provence since March 2021.
