Philippe Lecoin

Philippe Lecoin is an experienced hospitality professional with a specialization in high-end dining and service. Currently serving as Maître d'hôtel at the Ritz Paris since November 2015, Philippe previously held roles including Maître d'hôtel and independent Majordome at a private palace and high-end catering from 2014 to 2015, and Majordome at the Académie des Majordomes in 2013. Philippe has a robust history with the Ritz Paris, with prior tenures from 2005 to 2012. Additional experience includes positions at Adecco Group, Le Bourbon, Le Safran, and roles in various brasseries and restaurants from 1983 to 2001. Philippe is furthering education through the Wine and Spirits Education Trust (WSET) since 2012 and holds a degree in Majordome from the Académie des Gouvernantes et Majordomes.
