Karen Golden

Karen Golden has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Karen started their career at Advo System, Inc. in 1984, where they worked in business development until 1987. Karen then moved on to Unique Marketing, Inc. where they served as the president for 17 years, overseeing various marketing projects and handling public relations activities. In 2006, Karen joined Associated Builders & Contractors as a Membership Coordinator/ Council Manager, a role they held for three years. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as a Senior Territory Sales Executive at G&K Services. In 2010, Karen founded Golden Attitude Productions, a company focused on producing and managing corporate events and retreats. During this time, they were also appointed as the Event Coordinator for Broad Ripple SuperFest. In 2012, they joined Ritz Safety as an Account Manager, specializing in providing safety solutions to companies. Karen continued to broaden their skillset and in 2016, they started their own business, Golden Light Retreat Center. Lastly, in 2015, they became a Motivational Speaker at Miracle Manifesting Mentor. Throughout their career, Karen has gained extensive experience in event management, marketing, sales, and safety solutions.

Karen Golden attended Purdue University Daniels School of Business from 1979 to 1983. Karen earned a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, and Finance during their time at the university.
