Before devoting his work full time to RIVA Solutions, Neelu spent two decades building his own boutique applied sciences company, providing PhDs and Technologists from academia, think tanks, and laboratories to support the great science and engineering mission of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and the Department of Commerce (DOC) National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).
