Rohit Seshadri

Rohit Seshadri has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rohit most recently held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Rivaara Labs starting in August 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Metropolis Healthcare from November 2020 to August 2022, where they were involved in M&A activities. From October 2018 to November 2020, Rohit was a Principal at Tranzmute LLP. Rohit also served as the Vice President at Tranzmute Capital & Management Pvt. Ltd. from May 2013 to November 2020.

Rohit's earlier experiences include working as an Advisor at Veritas Corporate Advisors from June 2012 to May 2013 and as an Intern at Affiniture (Diners Club - UK and Ireland) from July 2012 to March 2013. Rohit worked as an Assistant Manager at KPMG Corporate Finance from March 2008 to June 2011, and as a Consultant at KPMG Advisory from April 2007 to February 2008.

Further back, Rohit had roles as a Report Analyst at Convergys from April 2005 to April 2006, where they were part of the start-up team for a new project. Rohit also served as a Manager - Finance at GTL Limited from June 2002 to April 2005, where they started in the Software division before moving to their BPO division.

Throughout their career, Rohit has been involved in diverse areas such as finance, operations, M&A, and advisory.

Rohit Seshadri has a diverse education history. Rohit began their education at St. Xavier's High School, where they studied from 1986 to 1995. After completing their high school education, they attended S.I.E.S College of Arts Science & Commerce from 1997 to 2000, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Following this, Rohit enrolled at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India from 1998 to 2001, where they obtained a degree in CA, specializing in Accounting, Audit, Tax, and Finance. In 2002, they joined Mumbai University and studied there until 2004, earning a Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com) with a focus on Accounting. Continuing their academic pursuits, Rohit pursued an MBA in Finance at S.P.Jain Centre of Management in Dubai and Singapore from 2006 to 2007. Lastly, they attended London Business School in 2011 to 2012, where they earned a Master's degree in Finance.
