Steven Conlon, PhD, has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. From 2016 to present, they have served as the VP of Corporate Intelligence at Rivada Networks. In 2020, Steven Conlon enrolled in the University College Cork and completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Military Strategic Studies. During the same year, they also attended Ulster University for a short period and obtained a Certificate of Higher Education (CertHe) in Open Source Intelligence (OSINT).

Aside from their formal degrees, Steven Conlon has acquired several certifications to enhance their knowledge and expertise. In January 2020, they became an ASIS Member through ASIS International. In November 2017, they obtained the PRINCE2® Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice. Additionally, in 2020, they earned certifications in various fields, including Specialisation Certificates in Homeland Security and Cybersecurity from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, BSAFE from UNDSS, Cyber Diplomacy from the United Nations Office for Disarmament Affairs, and International Security Management from Erasmus University Rotterdam. Prior to these certifications, in October 2018, Steven Conlon became an RPM Instructor through Les Mills UK (LMUK).
