Dhia Shahateet, MSc, is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in managing and implementing technology solutions across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of IT at RIVAGE - Natural Dead Sea Minerals since December 2017, Dhia oversees software and hardware installation, network server management, and system performance monitoring. Previous roles include Senior IT Manager and System Administrator with responsibilities for ERP system administration and training staff in new technologies, as well as Project Manager and Trainer at Global Technology Systems Jordan, focusing on SAP solutions. Dhia has also contributed to academia as a lecturer and trainer in Information and Communication Technology, and holds a Master's degree in e-Business from Middle East University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Al Ahliyya Amman University.
