Scott Lenga

Scott Lenga serves as General Counsel at MEMCYCO since August 2021, managing the company's legal affairs. Previously, Lenga has provided outsourced general counsel services for SilkRoad Technology since 2003, overseeing legal operations for a global SAAS company and supporting business development internationally. Lenga's experience includes roles as General Counsel for MEMCO Partners, Intresys, and Bloq Inc., as well as EVP & General Counsel for OpTier Inc., where substantial legal responsibilities spanned software and big data analytics. Lenga has also held counsel positions at Divine, Emicom Group Inc., Memco Software Ltd., and began a legal career with Meitar Liquornik Geva & Co. Lenga holds a JD from the University of California, Los Angeles, School of Law, and a BA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
