Krista Henshaw

Krista Henshaw has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2014 as a Recreational Coach for Flicka Gymnastics Club. In 2016, they became a First Year Intern for DeGroote Green. In 2017, they held multiple positions, including Year Representative for the DeGroote Human Resources Association, Food and Beverage Team Member and Assistant Supervisor for Capilano Suspension Bridge Park - Capilano Group, and JDCC HR Academic Delegate for the DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University. In 2019, they became an Organization Development Coordinator for ArcelorMittal Dofasco. In 2020, they were a Teaching Assistant and JDCC Business Strategy Academic Delegate for the DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University. In 2021, they were a People & Culture Coordinator and People Ops Administrator for FreshWorks Studio. Currently, Krista is a People & Culture Coordinator for Rival Technologies and an HR Coordinator, Consulting Services for EY. Throughout their work experience, they have been responsible for administrative tasks, analyzing data, facilitating teaching and assessment activities, and leading initiatives in the DE&I space.

Krista Henshaw has an Honours Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from the DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University, where they studied Human Resources Management from 2016 to 2021.
