Paula Catoira completed their Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a focus on Production and Mechanical at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro from 1996 to 2001. In 2004 and 2005, they pursued an MBA in Business Management at Ibmec. In 2011, they attended the British Columbia Institute of Technology and completed courses in Essentials of Marketing and Social Media Marketing. In 2022, they obtained a Persona Certified | Masters degree from the Product Marketing Alliance.
