Shira H. has extensive legal experience, currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel and previously as Corporate Legal Counsel at Rivalea Australia since April 2018. Prior roles include Corporate Legal Counsel on secondment at Rivalea Australia through LOD, and positions at King & Wood Mallesons, Optus, and MinterEllison, where responsibilities ranged from negotiating high-value contracts to corporate commercial work and major real estate projects. Shira began a legal career as a Grants Assessment Officer at Victorian Legal Aid and holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honors and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Japanese from Monash University.
