Paren Arzoomanian

Paren Arzoomanian has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. They are currently working as the Head of Australia at Rivalry since March 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Agoda as the Oceania Market Manager - Global Brands from January 2020 to March 2021. They also held the position of Director of Marketing at SEARSMITHS from June 2017 to November 2019. Before that, they worked at The Stars Group in multiple roles, including Financial Planning & Analysis Manager from December 2015 to May 2017, Data & Analytics Manager from November 2013 to December 2015, and Fraud and Integrity Senior Team Leader from October 2010 to November 2013. Additionally, Paren Arzoomanian served as the Head of Operations at Vinco Trade from 2003 to 2009, and had an early career experience as an Information Risk Management Vacationer at KPMG from January 2006 to March 2006.

Paren Arzoomanian completed a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Software) / Commerce (Finance) from UNSW in 2009. They then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Macquarie Business School between 2019 and 2022. Additionally, Paren is currently working towards a Master of Data Science from UNSW, starting in 2021 and expected to complete in 2024.

Paren has also obtained several certifications. In 2019, they earned certifications in Machine Learning, Data Science Methodology, and Python for Data Science from Stanford University and IBM. In the same year, they obtained certification in Open Source Tools for Data Science from IBM. Additionally, Paren earned certifications in MicroStrategy for Developers, The Data Scientist's Toolbox from The Johns Hopkins University, Advanced Analytics Reporting, and Introduction to Analytics Reporting from MicroStrategy in various years, with no specified months. They also obtained The Stars Group Management Certificate in 2014.
