John Thamm

John Thamm is currently the Head of Research and Development / Artificial Intelligence at Rivalz™ since January 2023. Prior to that, John held the position of Senior Director Process and Packaging Engineering at Beyond Meat from September 2020 to December 2022. With a background in Mechanical Engineering from Washington State University, John has held various leadership roles in companies like Mars, Sugar Bowl Bakery, Nestlé Purina North America, and Kraft Heinz over the years. Additionally, John holds an MBA from Western International University and a Certificate in Engineering and Management Program from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
