Iram Shah

Iram Shah currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Rivean Capital, a prominent European mid-market private equity firm, since March 2023. Prior to this role, Iram held the position of Global Head of People and Culture at STX Group and led HR and People strategies at Dynamic Credit from June 2017 to July 2022, where responsibilities included talent management and organizational development.
