Rolf Freiermuth

Rolf Freiermuth is an experienced legal professional and board member with a strong focus on corporate law, particularly in M&A transactions, international cooperation, joint ventures, IT law, intellectual property rights, and labor law. Currently serving as a Vorstandsmitglied at Hospiz Aargau and Präsident Stiftungsrat at Pensionskasse Spital Zofingen, Freiermuth also holds positions as Sekretär des Verwaltungsrats at Rivella Group and Vize Präsident des Verwaltungsrats at Ski-Weltcup Adelboden AG. As a partner at Freiermuth Studer Rechtsanwälte and owner of Advokatur Freiermuth, Freiermuth has cultivated a robust legal practice since 2012. Previous roles include General Counsel at Franke Artemis Management AG and Legal Director at Oracle Software (Switzerland) LLC. Rolf Freiermuth holds a law degree from the University of Bern and a Master’s in European and International Business Law from the University of St. Gallen.
