Ray Smith

Ray Smith is the President of River Bank & Trust and serves on the Board of Directors. He attended Gadsden State Community College and the Banking School of the South at Louisiana State University. Ray's past community involvement includes serving as the chairman of the Chamber of Commerce in Gadsden, president of the Gadsden/Etowah Industrial Development Board, president of the Gadsden Rotary Club, and president of the United Way of Etowah County, and captain of the Gadsden Quarterback Club. He is a member of Gadsden First United Methodist Church, where he has served as chairman of the board of stewards, the board of trustees, and the finance committee.
