John Leahy

John Leahy currently serves as an intern in the United States Congress, working under Congressman Joe Wilson and Congressman Blaine Luetkemeyer on Capitol Hill since May 2023. In addition to this role, John Leahy is an equity analyst and member of the Small Cap Group at the Williams Investment Society, which oversees over $20 million of the University's endowment. Work experience also includes being a bag room attendant at River Bend Golf and Country Club since May 2022 and a sales attendant at Mclean Hardware in the summer of 2019. John Leahy is pursuing a degree at Washington and Lee University, expected to graduate in June 2025, and is a graduate of St. Albans School in Washington, D.C.
