Randy Homer

Randy Homer serves as River City Medical Group’s Senior Vice President of Operations. As Senior Vice President of Operations, he works closely with the Contracting Department and Provider Relations in maintaining and expanding one of the largest IPA provider networks in Northern California. He also concentrates on maintaining close relationships with all of RCMG’s contracted partners. In addition, he facilitates improving HEDIS compliance for overall improved quality of care, operational efficiency objectives, quality objectives, and business strategy while partnering with other healthcare organizations.

Mr. Homer comes from a strong clinical background with over a decade and a half of experience in Pulmonary, Infectious Disease and Critical Care Medicine. He was the manager of a successful independent physician group in Sacramento and continues to practice in Pulmonary and Infectious Disease today.

Mr. Homer earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from California State University, Sacramento. Shortly thereafter, he earned his Physician Assistant and Nurse Practitioner Licenses from Stanford University. He earned his Master of Business Administration Degree from Washington State University-Carson College of Business.
