Damesha Henry-Smith, MBA, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in recruitment and generalist roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Corporate Recruiter at River Edge Behavioral Health since April 2023, Damesha previously worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Perry Ellis International and held multiple positions at Amazon including Senior HR Assistant/HR Partner, Learning Ambassador, and Fulfillment Associate.
