Shinerika Reaves LPC, NCC, MS, BSW, possesses extensive experience in the field of behavioral health and social services. Currently employed as an LPC at River Edge Behavioral Health Center since February 2015, Shinerika Reaves specializes in crisis response, conducting assessments, and ensuring the safety of clients with developmental disabilities. Prior roles include serving as a Licensed Social Service Provider, where responsibilities encompassed conducting initial assessments, developing treatment plans, and managing crisis interventions. Additionally, experience includes working as an Experienced Social Services Protect and Placement Specialist at Baldwin County DFCS, focusing on case planning and family support for foster children, and previous positions in social service roles addressing mental health and substance abuse. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Troy University and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Fort Valley State University.
