Carl-Johan Callenholm

Carl-Johan Callenholm is an experienced leader in the water and wastewater industry, currently serving as the Director of Strategy and M&A and Chief Executive Officer at River Group, a consortium Carl-Johan founded that includes over 20 specialized companies across the Nordics and Northern Europe. With a proven track record, Callenholm was previously the Head of Vestum International, managing operations and investments outside Sweden, and the Founder and CEO of Lakers Group AB, a company focused on pump services and sales. Prior roles include Regional Director Nordic at Xylem Inc., overseeing a significant sales organization, and Managing Director positions at ITT Norge AS and ITT Water & Wastewater, where responsibilities included leadership of substantial teams and considerable revenue management. Callenholm holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering and Mathematics from Växjö University and participated in further studies at the University of Hertfordshire.
