Charles Kunene

Charles Kunene has held several roles in the past 8 years. In 2020, they became the Founder & Chief Marketing Officer of River Health. From 2014 to 2020, they were the Founder of OBaa Inc, an messaging and care coordination platform for healthcare practices. In 2014, they were also an Entrepreneur at MIT Delta V, where they co-founded a start-up that was part of 16 teams that became part of at MIT's Global Founders Skills Accelerator. From 2013 to 2014, they were the Director of Videography & Front-end Web Designer at Hecuba Group. In 2012, they were the Public Relations Director, Student Senate, Columnist, Wartburg Trumpet, Graphics Editor, Wartburg Trumpet, Motion Graphic Designer, Wartburg Television (WTV), Photo Editor, Marketing Department, and Staff Writer, Wartburg Trumpet at Wartburg College. From 2013 to 2014, they were the Graphic Designer, Video Editor Intern at Water to Thrive. In 2013, they were the Graphic Design Intern at Self-Help International.

Charles Kunene received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Graphic Design and Political Science from Wartburg College in 2014. Prior to that, they obtained an International Baccalaureate in Physics, Information Systems and Economics from Waterford Kamhlaba (UWCSA) in 2009.
