Nicole Stai

Nicole Stai has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Nicole is currently the Director of Operations at ABIDE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, where they oversee key process development, execution, and integration. Nicole also strategizes for growth and investment, manages financials, staff, insurance, and taxes.

Before their current role, Nicole worked as an Operations Project Manager at River Valley Church starting from 2015. Prior to that, they were the CEO/Co-Owner of The Gear ReSource Outfitters, an outfitting company specializing in rentals and trips for outdoor activities. The company also provided gear, apparel, and supplies for missions teams and offered preparedness courses.

In 2012, Nicole co-owned and served as the CEO of The Gear ReSource. Nicole also gained experience as an Executive Assistant at Ultrapure & Industrial Services, LLC from 2013 to 2016 and at Driessen Water, Inc/Culligan from 2010 to 2016.

Earlier in their career, Nicole worked as a Traffic Manager at broadhead. from 2007 to 2008. Overall, their work experience showcases their expertise in operations management, leadership, and executive support roles.

Nicole Stai obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology, General from the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2002 to 2006. During the same period, they also earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Life Science Communications from the same university. In 2014, Nicole obtained a certification in Wilderness First Aid from NOLS.
