Alicia Ralph is a Problem Solver and Produce Shopper Experience Guide at River Valley Co-op. Alicia is passionate about providing the best produce products to educate staff and shoppers on storing, preparing, and serving them safely. Alicia also serves as a Member-Producer at Northampton Open Media, where Alicia has been successful in producing award-winning content and supporting other media makers. Additionally, Alicia worked as a Census 2020 Enumerator for the US Commerce during the initial Covid 19 Pandemic, showcasing their fortitude, problem-solving skills, and people skills. With a background in Environmental Studies from Mount Holyoke College and Geographic Information Studies from Holyoke Community College, Alicia brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to their roles.
