Andrew Barza

Andrew Barza is the Managing Director at Riverarch Equity Partners since July 2014, overseeing investments in middle-market private equity with a focus on recapitalizations and buyouts of privately held companies in North America. Previous experience includes a graduate internship at Google in 2013 on the Strategic Initiatives team, and consultancy roles at L.E.K. Consulting, where corporate strategies were developed for Fortune 500 firms, and at TechnoServe, where growth strategies were formulated for the East-African dairy sector. Andrew also served as an Investment Banking Analyst at Bank of America in 2007. Andrew holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a dual BA/BS in Mathematics, Economics, and Political Science from Columbia University.
