Justin Brisbon

Justin Brisbon has a strong background in payroll management and administration. Justin is currently serving as the Director of Payroll at Riverbay Corporation, where they oversee the day-to-day activities of the Payroll Department, including data processing, quality controls, record maintenance, and problem resolution. Justin also provides strategic direction and expertise to the payroll function and implements payroll policies for efficient processes.

Prior to their current role, Justin worked as a Payroll & Benefits Manager at HFZ Capital Group, where they managed and guaranteed payroll disbursement for all staff, site employees, and union employees. Justin also proactively identified and implemented necessary payroll changes due to revisions in laws and collective bargaining agreements. At the same time, they maintained employee HR and payroll records and inputted data into the ADP system.

Before joining HFZ Capital Group, Justin held the position of Payroll Manager at Local Union 32BJ SEIU from 2013 to 2018. And earlier in their career, they worked as an Accounts Payable Specialist at the New York Foundation for Senior Citizens, Inc. for a period of ten years.
