Charlie Bollom has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Charlie started their career in 2001 at Thomson Financial as an Account Manager, providing online compliance training to finance and banking customers. Charlie then moved on to NetIQ, where they worked as a Senior Account Manager, specializing in infrastructure and security monitoring solutions.
In 2006, Charlie joined Riverbed Technology as a Senior Director of Sales for Riverbed Performance Management in the Central Region. Charlie held this position for seven years before transitioning to VMware as a Senior Cloud Management Executive, where they focused on helping IT reduce costs and improve efficiency through cloud solutions.
Charlie's next role was as an Area Vice President of Enterprise Sales at Aternity, where they were responsible for sales across North America. Charlie was promoted to this position after doubling sales in their first year as the Senior Director of Western Sales.
In 2015, Charlie joined Infoblox, a market leader in network service and DNS protection, as the Senior Director of Southwest Sales. Charlie managed a team of seven reps across nine states.
From 2017 to 2020, Charlie worked at ExtraHop as an Area Vice President of Major Account Sales, covering the TOLA, Rockies, and Southeast regions. ExtraHop specializes in network detection and response, aimed at improving security posture and service delivery.
Charlie then took on the role of Chief Revenue Officer at Cloud Ingenuity in 2020. Here, they focused on driving positive business outcomes for customers in areas such as multi-cloud, cybersecurity, network modernization, collaboration, and enterprise visibility.
Most recently, Charlie returned to Riverbed Technology in 2023 as the Vice President of Americas West Sales. Riverbed is bringing next-generation unified observability solutions to the market, providing customers with full-fidelity data and ensuring a first-class digital experience.
